Dance @ the Eisteddfod by the Bay

We would like to inform you that the dance component of the Mordialloc Eisteddfod will not occur in 2010. Due to the unavailability of the dance venue (Mentone Girls Grammar School) for the dates required and the subsequent retirement of dance coordinator Val Davidson, the committee has decided to place the dancing competition in hiatus until 2011.

2009 will be a year of great change for the eisteddfod. Firstly the introduction of our new name, Eisteddfod by the Bay with the development of our website www.eisteddfodbythebay.com as well as a new way of delivering more modern and up to date ways of entering all of our various sections.

The committee will over the next 12 months be looking at updating and delivering a high quality service in the arena of dance as well as all our other disciplines and we look forward to your continued association and participation in 2010.
